1. Service Process
After you submit the form, our team will connect with you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements in detail. We’ll review your files and answer any questions, then share a detailed quote and expected delivery date.
2. Payment Policy
For video editing projects, payments are divided into two parts—50% in advance and the remaining 50% after project delivery. Once you approve the quote, we’ll send you an invoice and payment link for the advance payment. The project will begin only after the advance payment is received, and final files will be delivered upon full payment clearance.
For all other services, such as photo editing or image retouching payments will be settled at the end of each month based on the total completed work for that period.
3. Content Ownership
You must own full rights to the files submitted (video, photo, audio) or have proper permission for editing. We are not responsible for any third-party copyright issues.
4. Delivery Timeline
Final delivery depends on project size and service type. Standard timeline will be discussed and agreed during initial consultation. If any unforeseen delay occurs, you’ll be updated immediately.
5. Revisions
One round of minor changes is included. Major re-edits or additional work may attract extra charges.
6. Refunds
Refunds are provided only for non-delivery, technical error from our side, or breach of agreed terms. No refunds for approved or completed projects.
7. Confidentiality
All submitted content and details are treated as strictly confidential and never shared with outside parties.
Step 8. Support & Feedback
Work is added to our portfolio/website only if you give written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be shared officially on our website.
